The Society for Machines and Mentality is hereby dissolved under Article 11 of the Society's Constitution. All current members in SFMM are now members of IA-CAP. Provision has been made for the payment of all liabilities of the Society, and the Society's remaining assets will be disposed of in a manner consistent with Article 11, to wit, they have been transferred to the International Association for Computing and Philosophy (IA-CAP), to be used by that organization for the establishment of SIG-SFMM, the IA-CAP Special Interest Group--Society for Machines and Mentality.
