Banquet
The annual NA-CAP banquet will be held Monday evening at the Indiana Memorial Union. Tickets may be purchased for $40 per person on the registration form.
How to Register
Online: Payment by credit card, check, or purchase order. Click here to register. (Note that dorm accommodations can be reserved during the online registration process, but that hotel accommodations must be reserved separately. See Lodging and Meals for more information.)

Cancellation of Registration
Prior to May 31, 2009: Full refund, less a $20 processing fee.
On or after May 31, 2009: No refund, but we would be happy to accept substitute participants.
Note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registrar at iuconfs@indiana.edu.
